Have you ever heard Al Franken discuss current events/ politics? He's very intelligent and very serious. Adam Shiff is also a thoughtful, knowledgeable congressman. Kamala Harris is too belligerent. Sally Yates is a smart, serious judge who was able to stand up to Trump, something every Republican alive seems afraid to do.
Can't believe you are calling these serious guys a clown car when you have a clown BUS with Trump, Jr, Kushner and Montfort sucking up to the Russians during the campaign.

Just like some of the posters in this forum. If there is a crime committed or bad behavior or how someone voted it's never about some guy named "Pete" that did it or holds those views....it's always about "black pete" or "white pete" and how Pete's actions are reflective on millions of other people through the magic of association by pigmentation.

The Democrats and in particular Black dems need to step away from the idea of their party being the party of Obama. At every turn , in a predictable manner , successors mentioned will invariably be always Black. There is Van Jones, a fairly well respected commentator who should have realized by now that Keith Ellison is just not good news for Democrats. Same with Kamala Harris and Elizabeth Warren, all fringe players with no real national appeal. Let Ellison, Harris and Warren assume control of the DNC and they whole party could end up in fragments with no coherent message going forward.
The Left probably understands that their "PlayBook" is way out of date.
It didn't work against Obama when it was "Hillary's Turn" and it didn't work against Bernie and Trump in 2016.
Problem is ... they STILL don't "get" why they have lost 1,000 Seats Nationwide, the House/Senate/Presidency and only now hold a few Legislatures Nationwide.
They want another "Obama" and are convinced that the best Candidate must be a Minority, it's the Woman's "Turn", that their Dream Candidate must be out of one of their "Baskets of Victims" and that anyone "young" can get the Kiddos on board the way that Obama and Sanders did. One of the Castro Twins from Texas was supposed to be their "salvation" and Bench ...... unfortunately, they bombed and might even be lucky to stay out of jail.
Ignoring that Sanders is an Old White Grandpa and Obama is a Super Communicator Young Guy.
They also ignore that the other commonality between Obama & Sanders was they were CHANGE from the Political Elite ....... as is Donald J. Trump, who came out the WINNER.
Liz Warren is not young and doesn't relate well with the Kiddos, she LIED about her ethnicity for personal gain + she has a Student Manner and the Frowny Face.
Kamala Harris can win the Presidency of California any day of the week and twice on Tuesday .... unfortunately for her (and the Political Elite she is a member of) - the Kiddos/BernieBots don't like her. She is pretty unlikeable with a strident manner and constant Frowny Face. She was Obama's choice for AG before he settled for Loretta Lynch. The Party loves her, but she has not done well in front of the camera at hearings - Non the Less, she is probably the Party Favorite right now.
IF Keith Ellison was the "Future of the Party" - then the DNC and the Democratic Elites would have voted for him as the Chair of the DNC instead of Perez ... the "true" Insider.
They are desperately searching for their next "Savior" and looking at Losers like Pajama Boys (Georgia election). I won't be surprised if Al Franken runs. A couple of Corporate types are in the running as are some Hollywood Celebrities .... after all - Donald Trump was both and he WON. At the end of the day for the Left, it's ALL about who can raise the most money and be anointed by the Establishment.
They remain totally Clueless about what the American Voters are looking for.
His son was part of BLM violent attacks on a Police Department causing $4 million dollars. And Keith excused it.
