Obama talks a great game, unfortunately, the policies that can positively effect inner cities like Chicago are not ones that he supports. Obama basically bought the leftist manifesto which includes helping out the poor blacks by taking from the man but doesn't work in practice which requires good values of 2 parents raising kids, hard work, study, obeying the law, saving your money, making sure your kids value education to become effective.
