The first thing you need to realize is that something actually has to be "reported" for it to be any kind of reporting.
When you look for a link to this claim, the only thing that comes up is this thread.
Facts are apparently at the head of that list for some so people on it are in good company.
The candidates knew the rules of the game going in which makes your argument invalid. Its the same reason Aaron Rodgers will throw a bomb pass when he can draw the other team offsides or snaps a quick snap when they have 12 men on the field... He knows the rules of the game. Don't like the rules? Vote to change them. I don't see Hillary protesting the results to her credit. Biden yesterday said "its over".
Had Hillary spent some time campaigning in WI maybe she could have gotten more turnout and taken the state, etc.
