Your reason for believing that California is planning to secede?
planning, no. Just a lot of talk and no walk. Several states were talking secession under Obama. MT, TX, WY, ID,. Secession is unlikely for any state for any reason. The feds wouldn't let CA go for love nor money. Our Pacific deployment ports for the Navy are to important, for one. Like the US would negotiate with CA for that. Jerry Brown vs the USA, USN, USA, USAF and USMC? Bwahahahahahaha!Oh, and I am remiss in the USCG. Please forgive me. You guys are awesome!
