Unless it's used against them, then it's illegal and it's disturbing everyone else's business.

If there's protests that doesn't end up with property being destroyed or damaged, it's LEGAL period end of story.

This is exactly what's wrong with you hardcore conservatives. Can't handle opposition, just have to make it illegal, essentially suppressing other people's rights. Shameful.
More than that, they want the right kill protesters that are in groups greater than ten. Kill them.

You have the right to "peaceably assemble", as guaranteed by the 1st Amendment. Show me where it says you have the right to block public highways, force others to attend your temper tantrums against their will or otherwise force your will upon them?

What is wrong with say having a meeting in a parking lot where you have the owner's permission to be? Or in a public park with the proper permits? What gives you ANY idea that you have the right to stop others and force them to listen to YOUR message? Why do you think your "rights" trump theirs?

Leftists keep referring to the 1st Amendment. Much like the word FREE, it does not mean what you think it does.

How about filing a request to close down streets ahead of time? As most organized protests do...

If it's denied? You better have a damn good reason besides, "people have places to go"...

There is no "right to not hear".

Fire at will.....? Clearly peaceful, but the road is hopelessly blocked.

Thank you!!! The idea that Republican protests are okay but when they are opposed they want laws giving them lethal force?!

By the way, those are groups greater than ten! Should they be killed according to Republican lawmakers?
