You didn't read the "study" you posted. Notwithstanding the fact that the Milken Institute School of Public Health is ardently biased pro-PPACA, they used the failed Okun's Law to calculate the number of jobs that will allegedly be lost, claiming a reduction in federal spending of $807 Billion over the five-year period form 2019-2023 as the cause.

There is no relationship between GDP and the number of jobs created/lost.
