China is in process of writing their own trade deal with Asian region, including Japan and Australia.

Can't think of a bigger gift Trump could have handed China.

I changed the last word from Democrats to you as I realized it was unfair to characterize Democrats this way as so many of them were against this.

Hillary, Bernie, Trump all against TPP. Hillary dropped support during the campaign. Now you're trolling Trump. I bet you would support Hillary if she killed it.

Agreed. When the state-owned Bank of China is in real estate partnership with the President (borrowed money) what better way to reward China then to give them such a gift. Perception is everything. Just like Trumps' visit to CIA headquarters with his entourage. How many thought those were real agents from the CIA gathered, laughing and clapping him on? Of course it was a staged scene. It would be like attending a grave-site and having a keg party. Senior Officials attending did not clap etc or dare insult the dead on the wall.

China got what China wanted. USA out of that region.

I didn't vote for Hillary, if that is what you meant. So, no, I did not support automatically her policies either.

China is inviting Latin American nations in their new deal, and they would control so much of the worlds economy that the new deal could hurt US big time. It depends how they write it. They have no love for Trump, so they could write it to hurt US.

So few supported it other than Obama and McCain. I can't think of a better argument against it.

Two war mongering psychopaths.

I'm glad it's gone...reading a lot of different benefits which will occur with its demise, including environmental benefits and protecting against Japanese whaling.

So, you think only those two supported it? Lot of Republicans supported it. Now Trump surrendered that market to China and got nothing in return.
