IMHO if Obama didn't draw the line in the sand last Friday morning with the Palestinians, Trump would've probably been slower in drawing his line in the sand basically stating the US is no longer a Paper Tiger.

No, he doesn't enjoy hard work, he's never done it. He spent decades screwing over everyone he dealt with, and now he's screwing over America. And he did this for the ego boost, not for his concern for America. Trump is a narcissist. By definition, they only care about themselves.
But you were apparently ok with Obummer doing the exact same thing for the last 8 years...why complain now?

Not a dumb thread, more like a sarcastic thread. Some lib started a ridiculous thread that the president was going to take his first weekend as president off. Obviously he proved the fools wrong.

Why is Trump working on the weekend?

He ran out of week days. He enjoys his work.

Donnie HIMSELF stated that he was taking his first weekend off.

There was a day, it was only a 3-4 month gig and the rest of the year the president ran his business or worked his farm.

It kept government limited and humble to the people.

Texas legislative sessions are similar today.

Well, when things have to get done, it doesn't matter what day of the week it is. I've worked plenty of weekends, and major holidays, because it had to get done. I imagine if I were POTUS, that would escalate by a serious factor. Especially following up behind things being massively buggered up for the last 8 years.

The ME is in flames, we have a serious battle force deploying in E Europe, our military has been downsized and expected to pull off all these movements anyway, domestically we need to get people back to work, in all areas of endeavor, one of our major cities is turning into the movie Escape from New York, only it's Chicago, illegal immigration has been allowed to run amok, and these are all just appetizers.

That Trump is in the office with his advisors instead of shooting hoops or playing golf is somewhat encouraging.

What's wrong in your eyes is not wrong in the eyes of others. To be quoting scripture is evidence of a new low as most of liberal ideologies don't support what it says.

And if you're quoting scripture, than you might as well go further to show how it defines life at the point of conception, how it doesn't support a family unit other than between a man and a woman, how it supports the right of private property (you can't steal what doesn't belong to someone else).

But I don't expect you to tell the whole story.

By far liberal ideologies are far beyond the "evil" we've been witnessing in your eyes.

It is a silly thread. I do not recall Obama golfing the first week, or anything close to it.

By the by, here is President Trump's schedule for today:

Trump Schedule || Saturday, January 28, 2017 | White House Dossier

1:30 pm || Speaks with the King of Saudi Arabia, Salman bin Abd al-Aziz Al Saud
2:00 pm || Speaks with Crown Prince of the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed bin Zayed
3:00 pm || Hosts a movie screening
7:00 pm || Speaks with the Acting President of South Korea, Hwang Kyo-Ahn

So! He will be pleased to tell the King of Saudi Arabia and the Crown Prince of UAE that they are not on any banned list! I will note that 30 minutes for the first meeting doesn't seem very long.

Then he watches a movie. I bet he will catch up on the current Celebrity Apprentice, and then tweet about it.
