Would have been nice if this poll was private...

But even though I'm conservative I wouldn't change it. I think it is wrong and immoral. Seems like an easy way out and it is a living thing growing. But I just feel that a lot more kids will be brought into this world with parents not wanting them and that's not going to good.

Most Americans are uncomfortable with abortion on a personal level but the majority support the right to choice. Also, most Americans consider this a settled issue. If the Republicans actually want to reopen the abortion debate and fight it out on a state by state level, it will cost them a lot of the legislatures and governorships they have worked so hard to win. Reinserting abortion into the national political debate will be their Waterloo. Because I want the Republicans to fail, I voted yes, I do want to see Roe V Wade overturned.

You are paying tax dollars to feed, house and for medical care of unwanted children and you will have to house many of them for life when they go to prison.

Yes.

If Roe vs Wade is overturned, then the question of abortion will go back to the states. Some will allow it; others won't.

People don't understand this. They think that if Roe vs Wade is over turned, then abortions will be illegal.
And that's wrong.
Effect of Overturning Roe v. Wade

It will become illegal in red states, so places like MS and TX will just bring back the back alley coat hanger abortions, goodie gum drops

It's wrong to limit access to healthcare based on your zip code.
