I read that this morning. Unfortunately, when Spicer was on Morning Joe talking about this, the others (Joe, Mica, others) didn't know that what Spicer was saying wasn't true.
There is a video in the link you provided where David Axelrod admitted that he attended the National Security Council meetings.

In the video, Axelrod said he attended a "few meetings." The gist of what he objected to and the LIE that the Trump administration tried to spread is that he attended those meetings "all the time"!!
Can you tell the difference between "attend a few meetings" and "attend meetings ALL THE TIME"????!!!!!
