This is an OUTSTANDING nomination. Judging by the past winners and the ideals of JFK himself....she is a shoe-in.
And she was as wrong as wrong could be. It is literally spelled out in the Constitution that everything is legal. If you want to argue that she isn't familiar with the US Constitution or she is illiterate I might buy that.

It is an important award that carries great meaning to those of us who actually understand and appreciate the courageous efforts of people who follow the law.....not a despot who wants to trash the Constitution so he can have more power. lmao..She was clearly NOT following the law. I guess she really has no idea what the Constitution even says which doesn't surprise me for an Obama appointee.
