If the US does end up in a war with China, as Bannon suggested might happen, will the draft likely be reinstated again just due to the sheer number of people in China to battle with?

Mandatory conscription is a non starter in this day and age. Too many bad memories from Vietnam still linger to this day

Oh please, the draft had nothing to due with who was president. Otherwise, Tricky Dick could have called all the troops back on day 1 in January of 69 and did just the opposite, escalated it
