Yes, they can be charged with trying to start violence for sure. Their international voices also set up their personal wealth for a total loss in civil suits in court.

Indeed. There's a finite amount of time that the human brain can maintain this level of hatred and madness until the tipping point to insanity is reached. They are dangerously close. I suppose the government will have to set aside taxpayer funds to institutionalize the worst cases.
