Another challenged Cheadle why he hadn’t brought up the accusation during the campaign. However, the actor said he didn’t feel it would have made a difference.

I haven't seen or heard of any false claims of tRump's racism.
What I have seen are tRump lickspittles turning themselves inside out trying to convince anyone (unsuccessfully) that tRump isn't a bloviating bigot.
Look at Trumps cabinet. Right now there are 13 people. One is black. Rounded to the nearest high number, that would mean that 8% of his cabinet is black and 92% is white.
If you look at the law on disparate impact that roughly translates to a " simple "80 percent" rule for determining that a company's selection system was having an "adverse impact" on a minority group" that has been used on employers and government agencies such as HUD, and you could say Trump is a racist. One more black person would still be an 84% white cabinet. Still potentially racist, at least according to one element of the law in such cases.
