I know for certain some will praise this guy as a 'hero' and that those criminals deserved to die.
My question is, why did that employee decide to try and be a 'hero' and make things worse? Clearly he made the situation worse, by not calling the police and letting them sort it out. The other customer is lucky no innocent bystanders got hurt. And isn't it store policy NOT to engage with shoplifters like this?
It reminds me of that incident in a Texas mall. A couple of jewelry thieves were making their way out of the store, when a customer decides to be a 'hero' and pull out his gun and confront them. An innocent bystander was hurt from the gunfire. All of it preventable.
A customer of a Pine Hills Wal-Mart shot and killed a 19-year-old man suspected of stealing diapers and other items from the store Saturday morning, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff’s Office spokesman Capt. Angelo Nieves said man left the store at 5559 Clarcona Ocoee Road with three other theft suspects and was attempting to load stolen items into a vehicle just after 8 a.m. when a Wal-Mart employee attempted to stop them.
That’s when another Wal-Mart customer came out in front of the store and “assisted” the employee, Nieves said. A “commotion” ensued, and the customer — fearing for his life — shot one of the suspects multiple times.
My question is, why do POS dirtbags like this think they can take whatever they want? Why do people back these losers.
I get it, but this ain't exactly self defense. You pro second amendment people need to condemn this. Just because you own a gun doesn't mean you get to blow people away
The car the suspects arrived in and attempted to leave in was involved in a recent carjacking.
