The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals is based in SF, and handles 20% of the nation's appellate cases.

Canby Jr. was appointed by Carter in 1980; Senior Circuit Judge Richard R. Clifton was appointed by Bush in 2002; and Circuit Judge Michelle T. Friedland was appointed by Obama in 2014.

You are being completely disingenuous. Read the laws yourself. Would you still come out the conclusion that the EO is unconstitutional? You can't even point out where and why.

This is a borderline alternate fact story. The 9th Circus is the most overturned Circus Court in the Nation...80% of its rulings have been vacated or reversed, showing a solid trend of unlawful, activist liberalism that has been consistently overturned by what is a relatively balanced Supreme Court. The most recent en banc ruling in the Peruta case is a perfect example, showing that even constitutionally granted rights are unsafe from these left wing, activists judges. That case, and many more, will be heading to a conservative, constitution friendly SCOTUS in the near future, further entrenching the 9th's Circus' reputation as the most overturned court in America.
