The whole point of a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) is to prevent irreparable injury before a court is able to give full & reasoned consideration to the lawfulness of the challenged action.
So-called President's MO is impulsive, unreasonable, careless, thoughtless harmful ..., in other words, he is against full & reasonable consideration on any matter because it's against his principles.

That's incorrect. Due Process must be afforded to other categories of immigrant as well--certainly to people on student and most work visas, at least. The religion questions raised by the order are substantial. And the order wasn't "written correctly"--kind of like Flynn wasn't vetted correctly.

All Trump had to do was copy this Executive Order and add 6 countries.
