Yes, but it`s not going to do much good if the two additional justices are simply replacing the Kennedy and Thomas seat.
If Trump wins a second term and the Rep. hold the senate he`ll very likely the Ginsberg seat and possibly the one held by Stephen Breyer. Ginsberg is the key. The libs are likely furious. They tried to get her to step down during the Obama years but her ego wouldn't allow it.
She will likely be gone during this term; obviously health is not a strong point for her. Not wishing, but I'll bet she is next to go.
FDR tried increasing the number of seats on the court. The push back was so severe that he quickly backed down. Possible? Sure? Nope. Remember, this was a president who was elected three terms, hugely popular. Yet, he could not do it.
