Incorrect. You believe our government functions according to the utilitarian philosophy of John Stuart Mill: "the greatest good for the greatest number." Our government does not operate like that. If it did, slavery would still be legal, segregation would still be in full force, lynching would still be acceptable, women wouldn't have the vote, and men could beat their wives and kids senseless without consequences, among many other things. Our government is concerned with human rights of the minority as well as the majority. Minorities are the targets of discrimination, not majorities, thus they require the protection of government more than majority populations.
Anyone familiar with basic American history would understand this very basic point. It's been demonstrated many times. Why do people think America doesn't stand for these principles?

So, someone who has completed the transition, had Sexual Re-assignment Surgery and looks like a woman should have to use a men's room just because they were born a man. I think someone who looks like a woman going in the men's room would be a bigger issue than her going to the women's room

not the same thing. We are talking about the ones that are clearly too young to have gotten any surgery and the ones that just "feel" like they are not a man or woman
