Any press that delivers lies is the enemy of everybody. You can listen to many news stations all morning and hear lie after lie. I would like to know what THEIR motivation is? Why do they hate America and the constitution? I would like to know the percentage of news reporters who have ever read the constitution. I would expect about 95% of them have never bothered to read the constitution. Maybe Trump should ask that question the next time he has a news conference.
I agree, a free nation requires a free press. Trumps continued attacks on the media are intended to undermine our free and unfettered press.
Trump's entrenched followers are buying it, but then they are already "all in" they are tied to Daddy Trump who does their thinking for them.
But the other 62% are literally laughing at Trump and buying Subscriptions to the NYT...

A "Free Press" assumes a press who is independent on message, analysis, and any political bias. Our almost monolithic-in-ideology MSM is none of these things and thus fails to meet the category of "Free Press".
Criticizing a propaganda machine as an "enemy of the people" is not criticism of Free Press. It's a plea to regain it.
No one said conservatives want to silence the press.
Trump wants to silence it.
No he doesn't.
