Mayor de Blasio of NYC is a real nutjob

----

One mayor's harmless undocumented immigrant is the feds’ menace to society.

Mayor de Blasio lashed out Tuesday at Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials after their agents scooped up a 19-year-old Salvadoran immigrant in Queens.

Later that day, ICE agents busted Velasquez, whom they described as a gang member and a potential threat to public safety. Velasquez was in the midst of being deported late Tuesday.

De Blasio cried foul.

ICE officials said Velasquez admitted to agents he was a member of the MS-13 gang. He was one of at least 41 people the agency detained around the city in the last month.
And de Blasio's office says he isn't? Do they need him to kill someone in city hall for further proof?

This is who he chooses to defend?

Criminal. Seriously, the guy was a criminal. Not just from the illegal immigrant aspect either, making him a multiple offender. I have no issue with this.

Incredible that the Mayor of America's largest city would act like this .

An illegal immigrant gang member from El Salvador was allowed to walk free from Rikers Island under Mayor Bill de Blasio’s “Sanctuary City” law — in defiance of a federal petition to hold him for deportation, officials said Tuesday.

“This man is by his own admission a member of a violent street gang and he was released back into the community,” said Thomas Decker, field office director for the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement unit in New York. “Honoring a detainer request is not about politics, it is about keeping New York citizens safe.”

Estivan Rafael Marques Velasquez, an admitted member of the notorious MS-13 gang, was released from Rikers Island on Feb. 16 after serving time for disorderly conduct.

So MS 13 gang members don't commit crimes ? It's just a club where they meet to show off their cool tattoos?

You can be charged for disorderly conduct for simply being drunk in public, and doesn't result in being charged criminally, and would not even show in a standard background criminal check.
