Well, Obama did make fun of Trump's hair last year at the Press Corps dinner, but I can't think of any other example of Obama being anything but cautious in his speech. He hasn't even responded to Trump's outrageous claims that Obama "tapped" him.
Do you know that there is a President's Club to which all the other living Presidents belong? It is a very unique Club of only a few men who have held that high office. They have an unwritten rule not to criticize the sitting President. I did see where George W. Bush, who was silent during the Obama administration, has obliquely criticized Trump. Very unusual... The book is called "The Presidents Club," by Nancy Gibbs and Michael Duffy. You might want to read it for some insight into the dignity and responsibility of the Office of the President.

Classic. But I don't think they should do that. It's disrespectful. No sense in disrespecting the POTUS, even if he probably deserves it.
President Obama was disrespected each and every day of his Presidency and is still being disrespected by Trump making false accusations. At least Trump deserves what is being said about him here.
