Donald Trump has been in office barely a month, and already Capitol Hill Democrats and liberal commentators are plotting his removal from office. A typical headline asked: “How Can We Get Rid of Trump?”

You can’t. Mr. Trump was fairly elected to a four-year term, which he will serve unless legitimate grounds emerge for impeachment. It’s time to move from 24-hour rage to serious consideration of the president’s policy proposals and, where appropriate, offering alternatives. Critics could begin by recognizing that

I said it once and I'll say it again, I do not want a president in the white house who is learning as he goes just as I won't want to be operated on by a surgeon who has never performed surgery.

I gave him a chance and one month of incompetence is all I need.... our democracy and lives are at stake here.

How about Obama? A community organizer who spend a few years in the Senate accomplishing nothing wasn't equally as incompetent? We suffered for 8 years of gridlock because President Obama did not have the background, intelligence or both to work with all parties.

But I bet you supported the "community organizer" and had no problem with him learning as he goes. Just more of the usual hypocrisy from the left.

It's social media that is driving Democrats insane.

These past 30 days were his probationary period. He failed miserably. He's a joke and a threat at the same time.

Wasn't it the Republicans who famously proclaimed to deny Obama a second term or something along those lines? Having foggy memory, OP?

To compare Trump to Obama is like comparing a professional athlete to a JV. Obama goes down in history as the 12th best president while Trump will be lucky if he doesn't get impeached or wheeled out the white house in a straight jacket. He isn't fit to be our president nor is he legitimate.

Enough said.
