Nothing wrong with being friends with Russia...except for if there is evidence to suggest they tried to tamper with the federal election by going after the opposition and your friendship began during that when....then your friendships seem a little shady.....

Why do Trump & gang have to lie about their involvement with the Russians. If they are honestly and truly innocent -- no big deal. Tell the truth -- the first time and be done with it.

The fact that Flynn lied to Pence...that Sessions obviously lied himself. It doesn't look good.

If you can't see that -- blinded by the light and nothing we can say will convince you.

The reason that President Trump wants to become more cooperative with Russia is to defeat ISIS and other radical Islamic terrorism.

It is like a mini- World War II all over again. After we've used Russia to defeat ISIS, then we can get back to hating Russia again. :-)

How silly. You still on that illegals voting for Hillary thing?

Democrats lost The White House, The US Senate, The US House, The vast majority of Governorships, and the vast majority of state chambers. They have been effectively been turned into a regional state party. No national presence at all now.

This speaks for itself. Democrats are looking for a boogyman to blame these huge losses on. Today it's the Russians. Tomorrow it will be that or something else which WaPo, the NYTimes or CNN conjurs up. And you guys will be here like parrots, to tell us that Trump is finished. LOL

Its not a matter of being against devloping honest and like minded world concerns on diplomatically friendly terms with Russia... It is a matter that Russia cannot engage in trying to recreate the Old Soviet Bloc style system, and America has to be very careful about how Russia does business and we can't allow Russian style corruption to become a part of how America does relations and business with the world. They have the people from the Old Soviet Bloc who seized the power over various Industries when the Soviet Union broke up and they have vast wealth from such, and America can't afford to allow the Co-mingling of their system of corruption to intermix with the American system of Economy basics, or we will loose all credibility to the value of our currency.

We also can't accept the Dictator styled format of how Russian's Government functions to any level to allow it to diminish the values of the American Democracy System. These are different systems.

We can have many relations with Russia, but we can't have Russian Influence changing American Values.

We can't say all Russian People are not good, because cause of their leadership, because we know all American people cannot be considered not good, because of whom we now have as American leadership.

Things have to be laid on the table "side by side" and see where the Russian stand on each issue and where the American stand on each issue.... and then look at the results.

We can't accept any demise of NATO because Russia does not like NATO... One would do well to ask, Why has Russia NOT made effort and modification in their national ideology and Joined NATO? If they want to be a Global Diplomatic Player and Seek the Same Peace that NATO is designed to support and Keep, then Why has Russia taken such an oppositional stance against Joining NATO?

Can anyone answer that question with a reasonable response?

When Russia was communist the Democrats couldn't be friendly enough. Now that Russia is free, it's their enemy.

I think you should think deeper and look at far more factors and consider a great many variables before you summarize it into such a small box. There is too much, we don't know about Trump and his aims.

And what is Iran? The day after our deal went through they were telling the world death to America. Even today you still refuse to say anything against Iran or it's leaders. Even Iran knows how to negotiate with Russia. It was just a few weeks ago they sent their terrorist general to negotiate - against the treaty.

What is your true fear? That tensions will subside and we will give into Russia? So far Trump has placed America first - there is no reason to suspect otherwise. Our 'fears' will start the next war; it is time to take a step back and negotiate. We do not have to enter negotiations blind - just keep in mind the big picture.
