Wall Street sure boomed though.
They voted for Trump, they deserve what they get. No pity from me.

I hear those shovel ready jobs are going very well though. And just as we said, GM was a failing business anyway. Obama only propped it up, gave his friends tax payer money.

Friends? American manufacturing? Michigan voted for Trump, if GM goes down, Michigan can look to Trump to solve it - or not. No pity for Trump states.

GM isn't a failing business it simply had too high of a debt obligation. That's what bankruptcy courts are for and how GM should have been handled. (Proper bankruptcy, not the mess they were put through)

Fake news in the making.

Nobody wants the damn car. It's an abomination anyway.

Some jobs will be lost every time a new plant replaces an old one, no matter where it is. Newer plants are more automated and do more production with fewer people.

It is odd to say Michigan voted for Trump given it was so close they started a recount. In any event, Michigan did not count at all. Trump was elected long before they were able to call Michigan. Even without a recount. Michigan had no impact whatsoever on the outcome of the presidential election. However this article has nothing whatsoever do do with Trump. GM is adding other jobs in Michigan but many of them are higher level higher paying jobs requiring more education and experience. They are having a hard time filling those positions and often have to recruit people to emigrate from other countries.
