Yea, one would think that's common sense.
And then there's the money issue. PA Democrat governor, Tom Wolf has been trying to raise taxes on the people in the state since he's been elected 2 years ago because gov needs to raise tax revenue. He just released the 2017 budget which includes... you got it... tax increases. Then there's Philadelphia, a sanctuary city and Tom Wolf said he welcomes all illegal immigrants. Where are these people's brains?
