No they are not. It in fact appears it was consensual and the age difference is such that statutory rape did not occur.
And the young lady involved was apparently the source of the porno pictures. Un likely they will be able to make that stick between consenting young people. Just trying to save face.
Sounds like you have the wrong miscreant. The young lady appears to have been behind all this taking advantage of a couple of naive foreigners.

You really think that a 14-year old girl can never say no, regardless if she sent nude photos data prior? You probably think weapons are necessary in order to be considered rape.

This is not plausible and politically defense of illegal is the motivation behind defending these men. Even the illegal men's attorney, conveniently working pro-Bono, is publicly humiliating the girl saying her thugs being charged for distributing porn should also include the raped girl since she originally sent them.

And another post demonstrating the right wing inability to deal with the truth. First off only one of the two guys involved was an illegal. The other had a legal status. Second the girl lied to a degree that made anything she said not credible. Third the girl had intercourse before with one of the guys.
In fact this was typical high school stuff that got out of control. And the girl tried to lie her way out. There is no illegal alien issue. And the purported porno apparently originated with the girl. The idiot prosecutor is trying to salvage a charge out of pique. They screwed up and are trying to cover.
And when the guys pick up a couple of million from the girl, school and police the RW can get all upset again.
