Second the girl lied to a degree that made anything she said not credible. Third the girl had intercourse before with one of the guys.
In fact this was typical high school stuff that got out of control. And the girl tried to lie her way out. There is no illegal alien issue. And the purported porno apparently originated with the girl. The idiot prosecutor is trying to salvage a charge out of pique. They screwed up and are trying to cover.
And when the guys pick up a couple of million from the girl, school and police the RW can get all upset again.

Do you even know the facts in this case? It's 18 year old and a 17 year old. No state allows an 18 year old to have sex with a 14 yr old, on school grounds, during school hours under school supervision.

I doubt any Statute forbids it. And any statute forbidding sex on school grounds will make no mention of the age of the participants.
But who knows...there may well be some states who forbid sex in the state. Huckabee would be pleased.
Under school supervision? You mean a teacher calling in, out, in, out, in...well you get the idea. Sounds like a silly idea to me.
But if there is such a statute would you charge the guys or the lady? Sounds to me like the lady organized it so would she not be the one arrested first.
we should be outraged at every rape. we have plenty of American rapists in our schools and elsewhere.
