Either way, Gorsuch will be the next supreme court judge despite the childish acts of democrats.
They just have to use the nuclear option because of this present group of idiots. The Republicans have to get together and help Trump succeed so he get's 8 full years to choose conservative judges. That alone will shape this country more than these liberal morons could ever do.

Wrong.

We are talking about judicial appointments here, but that would not affect normal legislation, which would still be subject to fillibuster, and a 60-vote threshold.

Until the GOP has 60 Senators, they need the Democrats to pass most important legislation in the Senate. That is where Schumer and negotiations comes into play.

You mean until the nuclear option, which Chuckles is helping install via his childish antics.

If he doesn't get 60, it goes nuclear... there is no negotiation... if anything, Schumer might get a token but nothing more...

I do know a lot about our government. No single person in government can promise anything not even the president. Oh of course they can promise but they can't always deliver.

There have been many promises made in Congress behind closed doors between two people and those promises were carried out... that is indisputable...
