This sort of corruption dovetails neatly with other corruption we saw from Obama -- like Loretta Lynch meeting with Bill Clinton on the airplane, immediately followed by James Comey mischaracterizing a statute by saying that it requires intent when it doesn't and letting Hillary off the hook.
Politicizing intel agencies and using them against your political opponents is what police states do.

Much ado about nothing---but--that's the entirety of the Trump strategy, make claims and force the opposition into a defensive posture. This tactic isn't simply a Trump tool however, both parties are engaged in it at every turn of the political screws. Meanwhile, back at the ranch (white house) nothing of any importance is being done. Ahh, America what happened to ya??
Actually, that's been the strategy of the people claiming Trump/Russia collusion. There's no evidence after months of investigation. Even with the access to all of the information that they had - nothing has been found, yet they hammer on continuously.
Unlike the Trump/Russia collusion - someone absolutely broke the law with regards to leaking classified information.

No, she indicated that she DID request the unmasking.
We know the following:
Trump associates were surveilled.
Their names were unmasked and leaked to the media.
Susan Rice requested the unmasking.
At the same time, Obama ordered the NSA to share its raw intel data with 16 other intel agencies, making leaks much more likely.
Now we need to find out who besides Susan Rice (if there is such a person) did the leaking.
No admission of leaking needed.
She requested that the names be unmasked.
Then she or someone who had access to her information (including the NSA which did the actual unmasking) leaked those names.
