I am not a Christian, but Christianity is one of the major world religions. It also has been the major tradition of the USA since this country began. No, the American founders were mostly not Christian, but most of the settlers were.

Google ignored Easter today because Google is run by progressives and progressives hate Western civilization. Oh, aside from Islam that is, they love Islam even though it's Western and even though Muslim women are treated like slaves.

I am a Christian and the last thing on my mind today was a freaking doodle. Seriously, get a grip people. In the past week, a couple churches in Egypt were suicide bombed and you are over her b****ing about a "google doodle"! What a bunch of snowflakes!

Who needs a Google doodle when this very website has the cutest image in the upper right corner?

By the way Happy Easter!

It might seem like nothing to you, but Google is a powerful influential company. It reflects the state of mind of a large percentage of US citizens.

Hatred of one's own culture is not healthy. Constructive criticism of your culture is healthy, skepticism of your culture's traditions and beliefs is healthy. But HATING your culture is sick.

Google is a scary company in my opinion. It has way too much power. Information companies like Google and Facebook help to shape national and international policies.

So that's why I care what Google does.

As long as they're not putting up anti-Easter doodles, I fail to see the issue.

Google is a tech company, not a church.

Atheism, secular humanism -- they are religions, in a sense. They are beliefs that based on faith, not science.

The absence of an Easter picture sends a loud religious message. Or anti-spiritual message.

Google is a tech company but it is huge and it has political power.

Google is a high priest of the currently dominant religion.
