Really, that guy takes the cake. He had the whole state of Texas on edge for a while there, the governor had to call out the State Guard to 'monitor' the US military!

A Texas jury will decide if Infowars' Alex Jones on-air persona makes him unfit to have custody of his three children with ex-wife Kelly Jones.
"He's playing a character," attorney Randall Wilhite told state District Judge Orlinda Naranjo, according to the Austin-American Statesman. "He is a performance artist."
Kelly Jones, who is seeking sole or joint custody of their three children, argued at a pre-trial hearing that her ex-husband's fiery public persona is no different from his private life.
"He's not a stable person," she said. "He says he wants to break Alec Baldwin's neck. He wants J-Lo to get raped."
"I'm concerned that he is engaged in felonious behavior, threatening a member of Congress," she said, referring to Jones' comments about Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif. "He broadcasts from home. The children are there, watching him broadcast."
Perhaps trump can testify as a character witness.
What has changed since he got FULL custody of his kids? Not joint custody, FULL CUSTODY.
They are not proving this woman has changed for the better, they are trying to prove it is not a good environment for children to be around Alex...

I stopped listening to that trainwreck years ago. Why did the divorce happen?
I can't wait to see how this plays out. If he admits that his act is just an act, he risks losing a large part of his audience. If he says he is "for real", he risks losing his kids. Talk about a no-win situation!
(Oh, and just btw, I listened to him for about six months about three or four years ago before deciding that he truly was/is little more than a lying -- or at least a greatly exaggerating -- rabble-rouser at least 90% of the time.)
