But .. for the poor conservatism means, "preserve the historical disenfranchisement of the poor and give them nothing and if anything is given via a program make it as less as possible, and then make it difficult for any minority to participate.
The second, is "there is no fiscal Conservatism" its is a "SHAM" !!! Republican spend more money on the thing that help them funnel money to the wealthy. "Period"!!!

The game of telling poor whites and working poor whites that their skin will gain them money, is fiction, because if they paid attention, they'd find they have been generationally poor for centuries and it is not going to change because of their skin. The wealthy have never seen them as being anything more than part of the service class, they can become the preferred service technician, and be less likely to be stopped for nothing by the police, and can walk into buildings in general areas without being suspected.... but when it comes to the accessibility to the levels above the glass ceilings, they are not allowed.
To get to the level above the glass ceiling, it requires "MONEY", and if one has the money or the means to help those with money gain more money, it does not matter what color your skin is, it only matters, that you have money and can help the wealthy make more money.
When the average white people learn that, they will also learn that prejudices and racism is a tool of a game that is being played on the poor for centuries.
They tell people save for their retirement, and many save everything they can, and then when they get old, they can't spend it for fear that sickness will require all of it. The only people who benefit is the funds managers who use that money to play shuffle games in the commodities and stock market. What the people who do save get, is a better 'credit rating", so they can remain indentured, and if they use cash to pay for some thing, they are then denied other things because they have no credit on record.
The sham is always against the poor and the working poor.
When it comes to health care. Its far less complicated, the only thing complicated is, the Wealthy trying to figure out how to extract more money from the poor and the working poor.
It takes no major effort to put cost on care, that is reasonable. I wrote the idea out before; a doctor spends maybe 7-12 minutes with a patient. There is no reason that cannot have a fixed cost, that covers the doctor, his staff and facilities and they will never starve and will live well.
Surgical Cost can be cost factored as well. it makes no sense to turn it into a greed game, when surgeries can be done for 3 times less than what is actually charged.
Insurance companies and hospital play a game against the patient. If one trace the money, it is likely that insurance companies invest in hospitals, and hospitals invest in insurance companies. They become one in the same at some level within their gaming structure, then add the pharmaceuticals companies, its become a Three Way play against the patient.
We can create for the general public a model that rivals the frame work of the VA, we've seen it done, when Kaiser set up, the problem with Kaiser is they played games with "authorizing needed care and treatment", rather than simply serve the public as they come.
As to Money, everyone pays $100 a month, and a cap of family, based on income. If a family makes less than 40k a year, they pay no more than $200 and the highest that higher income earners is, $400-500 a month.
This money is paid directly to HUD, take the Insurance Companies Out of Health Care, Period!!!... they make enough money on home, business, disability, and every other kind of insurance they sell. But history HAS PROVEN!!!! INSURANCE COMPANIES cannot be trusted to be in the business that concerns the health and life of people !!!
It should not take us forever to learn that fact !!!! Get Insurance Companies "OUT" of the business of health care, and let HUD handle it. Hospitals and Doctors are paid across the board 'fixed amounts" for services !!!!! Regardless of the State, City any hospital that wants to gain access to people who want to pay for extras such as larger rooms and all the fancies that wealthy people want, Then Mandate, those hospitals must do 60% of their business, to service the common citizens with top quality care.
Congress People will be mandated to the exact same program as their constituency!!!!
HUD can create programs for major building of Senior Care Facilities, and Invest in people who want to go to medical schools under agreement, and when they graduate... set up multi unit facilities, "For Example": if they do MRI, then build the facility to have 10 system units, and this drives down the cost, the same goes for any other kind of test that uses specialized equipment.
This has been an area of rip off of the patient long enough!!! people do simple ultra sounds, that take 5 minutes and they charge outrageous cost.
We have enough HONEST AND SMART people in this country to figure it out, and come up with HONEST COST STRUCTURE....
American People "Must Be" considered as the highest level of National Security, because it is the people that make up this nation. We must change the ideology of the "greed politician", and rebuild a "fair and equitable system".
We don't need politicians voting their mind on bills, We have computers where people can vote their like or dislike of bills, and all the politician can do is represent what the majority voted for. We give these people too much power, and all we see is "lobbyist 'buying away the voice and want of the people".
We are not in 1700's when we did not have computers, We are not in the 1960's when we did not have technology to let the people vote on the bills, not the congressmen, making decisions that is influenced by who contributes to his campaign funds account.
Either we become a responsible society, or we remain being controlled by the wealthy and manipulated by the greed chasing politicians who think they have been appointed to some God like position over others. Most of them think they are appointed as if they are some "guru",... when they are appointed ONLY to represent the choices that the people desire. Not the Choices that the Politician wants to make which is often times influenced by the wealthy and whom ever else pays him. Or they get in chambers and play, "Let's trade favors"...
The people did not elect these people to "go into some favor trading game", they elected them ONLY to represent the will of the people !!!
It's time people learn more to understand.. and stop being hoodwinked and played as if they are mindless minions.
Most of these people don't campaign to speak of what they can and will do. They waste your time and theirs "talking about other politicians", and that is all campaigning has come down to, is a bunch of fools insulting themselves and the people choosing the most belligerent one.
President Obama, Campaigned On what he wanted to do for the people !!!! his campaign was not designed to become a insult program of others.
When he won office, he worked on what he said he would, and the only things stopped him from doing more, was Republican Fighting him at every turn, and leaving him with a broken down economy and massive job losses while being wrapped up in Two Major Wars.
He fixed the economy, saved people homes, saved the automotive industry and its supply chain, and would have done more for Solar Energy, but Republican did everything they could imagine to force that program into major challenges and less than what it could have been. He did exactly what he said about "Bin Laden", he said he'd use a scapulae approach, not a broad axe, and that is what he did, he did not spend 3-4 Trillion dollars blowing up two countries to kill Bin Laden, he used the efficiency of a Seal Team. He pushed and made the Health Care Program, and republican did everything they could to try and make it less that it was designed to be. including lobbying for doctors to not participate, which is why people were not able to keep their doctors. That was 100% done by Republican Lobbyist!!! The people, need to face up and know the real truths, and take time to learn the history of Confederate systems and the Antebellum Ideals, and they will find themselves looking square at what is the Today's Republican Party !!
Here they are again, trying to make it even less than it already exist as being. They have not tried to improve it, they have set up to do nothing but discard the poor, and the elderly, and warpped their hidden designs to try and make Medicare some voucher program, and abandon Medicaid and turn it over to states, so it can under-fund it, and blame its weakness of the States.
WAKE UP PEOPLE..... Stop being played by the wealthy and the party that is bought and paid for by the wealthy, which is the Republican Party, which aspires to the Exact Same program as the Confederates, and in Antebellum South, there was no benefit program for the poor, there was nothing, but low wages, wealthy paying to disband regulations and back breaking work, and discarding people when they could no longer work.
The basis and model of the Confederate system is what defines Republican Politic's that aspire to Antebellum Ideals.
