Yes this person has a history of being disruptive-lets be honest this is a person who DOES do disruptive things.... But even then, the optics of prosecuting someone for laughing at you is completely insane, and not representative of a Democracy.
Yes, she interrupted a government proceeding, but the government is charging her for laughing at Sessions.
This is as stupid as those trying to say that the groups on Twitter impersonating official government Twitters accounts were being investigated because they criticized Trump.
People's hate for the president sure can make them stupid.

Yeah, but her argument that it was a reflexive action based on what was said is believable. And the optics if nothing else look absolutely horrible. People need to have some common sense.
Looks to me like she was exercising her first amendment rights. I'd find her not guilty. Though I would laugh at the prosecutors for bringing the case first.
And at her sentencing, she can laugh at the judge in that proceeding as well, and get herself another 30 days for contempt of court. Then she could get beaten up by Esmeralda in jail because she wore a pink p*ssy hat to the lockup.
It would be kinda like a hat trick in a way...if a certified moron was trying to score a hat trick.

So you defend the idea of locking someone up for laughing at them. Got it.
Sessions lies under oath to Congress about contacts with a Russian spy guy.
A woman bursts out laughing when Sen. Shelby (R-AL) said Sessions' record of "treating all Americans equally under the law is clear and well-documented."
Yet she's the only one facing charges.
This is freaking crazy.
