Block it all to discredit him and darn the people of the USA.

I wonder if Madonna was ever investigated when at the pussyhat march she said before thousands of people that she was going to burn the White House down?
Bam!

Really? Seems more like they have been doing their job of enforcing the constitution.

Maybe if you read their orders you might comprehend that. But you don't get your facts from reality, you get them from entertainment sources.

False equivalency fallacy
He didn't threaten to shut down a court because it ruled against him. That is your interpretation, not fact. Their ruling was incorrect, and beyond their authority to make, because they didn't rule on the law (if they had, they would have had to rule in Trump's favor, because the law is unambiguously clear). What they did was usurp the President's authority to make immigration policy. That is beyond their authority. They have not been granted any power on immigration policy matters. The Courts only power is making rulings based on the law. The law says the President may do what Trump did, if he deems it necessary and prudent.

Obviously you never bothered to read the law and inform yourself.

AND
The judge made a ruling completely based in law. It's not biased automatically because it's against you.
No, he didn't. The law wasn't even cited. The law is clearly on the President's side. The judge made his ruling based on his hatred for Trump, and his personal political bias toward Muslims. The ruling was plainly wrong and politically motivated.

seems clear to me you are banking on nobody here understanding the process and are trying to pretend you are an authority on the subject.

NO judgment has been passed on anything but a stay. and the bar has been met, so tough.
the 9th did what any district can do, they saw harm and likelihood of success, and put a stay in place. THAT is the bar, not your nonsense. Ultimately Trump may even prevail, but the 9th is totally legit and the vast majority of its rulings do not get pushed up as you likely know.
Trump can have his day just like anyone else until that point you will to sit on your hands and wait, and who knows maybe SCOTUS will even accept the case and maybe Trump would win.... But we wont know until they rule.
