Oddly enough, the ACLU announced that it would not be filing a lawsuit:

I did find it odd that President Trump was signing an executive order in which he directs the Treasury Department to not enforce the law. I had thought that people were against these type of executive orders. "The Law Must Be Enforced" is what I seem to recall hearing during the Obama years when he signed several such orders, such as targeting certain classes of illegals (i.e., focus on criminals).
Perhaps my memory is flawed.
