You could do that with or without the ACA or universal healthcare. The government gives away a lot more than health insurance. Now we pay plenty into programs that most of us can never access.

I know you did. I still find it hypocritical.

Yes, I consider it a basic human right, but that doesn't mean it has to be free. Water is required to survival, but we still have to pay for that.

Preventative healthcare should be available to everyone for a low cost, or free. Going to the doctor once a year would help catch cancer and other illnesses earlier.

As I just said, your posts haven't been substantive enough for me to even attempt to rebut them. Its all foaming at the mouth spewing nonsensical little catchphrases that have no gravity.
You want me to go back through all the posts and post them here to show all those responses were invalid?

Seriously, this is the devious nature of these folks, they go in circles.

I was discussing with the poster, established my argument, they started dismissing it and then attacking with fallacies. You come in and claim they proved me wrong, I said this was BS, that there is no post that attends to my argument in any logical manner, and then you charge me with the task of going back through everything and providing you with the evidence you claim exists that "proves you right" when you can't be bothered to provide that information yourself?

It is not my job to prove your point. You want to support what you claim, then you provide the links and evidence to support your position.

Ok? You do understand what it means to actually do something yourself rather than lazily expecting others to do it for you right?

So please, provide support for your argument or run along!

While I am sure there are some that sit home and play video games, people like me are going to work every day, working long hours and still making peanuts after 20 years. My wage has been stagnant for years. I got a .30 raise this year. Big whoop. My vision and dental insurance increase sucked that right up.

No one wants to give the working poor health insurance, free food or a higher minimum wage. So you tell me... How can we help those that are the working poor that are supporting our future adults?

Strip the layers of govt out of health care and turn consumers loose on the system. Prices will fall just like TV's, computers, cell phones,appliances...

I've proved my point numerous times by giving examples of how UHC works in other countries while acknowledging they pay more in taxes and have stricter regulations. I've proven it several times by providing links showing how much better these other countries are doing in nearly every measurable metric available.

You don't have to go back through your posts. All you have to do is provide evidence as to why you believe your assertions/perspective is correct.

It shouldn't be that difficult. To be clear, I'm asking you to backup YOUR statements, not mine. I got that covered.

I feel the same towards your position. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.

Definitely not. The only basic human right is the ability to choose if you want to be someone's slave.
