Yes, he IS a disgruntled employee. He can also be charged with not bringing this to anyone's attention at the time. He can be considered complicit then got fired and became disgruntled.
Comey probably won't say much of anything in the open session. Just talk about his memos without saying what is in them or his conclusions on Trump's motives. Why? Because the special prosecutor is looking into the possibility of charging Trump with obstruction of justice and any public disclosure of the evidence could compromise the case he is building.

Oh, is that what Alex Jones told you?
You know what OTHER stupid thing Trump did? He probably could have asserted that any conversation between him and Comey was privileged and confidential.
But by tweeting about those conversations ("You better hope there are no tapes") ~ he's probably screwed himself there too.
yes by sane people. That's how it works. You can't ignore a crime then come forward about it when you're fired. If a crime is committed and someone who has the authority to do something about it does nothing, that's a crime in itself. It's called accessory.

This fool's problems are all of his own making.
And another meathead post. The talk about the tapes is about him being in front of Congress. Man are people stupid.

More like he doesn't want to be seen lying in front of the world. He will wait to do that behind closed doors.
Tell us how YOU know what he was referencing since you brought it up like it's something big.
We don't have to read minds, dear.
It really doesn't matter what he was referencing. ALL that matters is that he tweeted about Comey and tapes and thus opening the door for that line of questioning.
2.Who in the world believes a disgruntled employee? LOL
The memos Comey was taking of his exchanges with Trump were before he became a disgruntled employee.
