The redistribution of wealth up to the top percentile continues unabated with the Republicans, the party of and for the wealthy. It's both sad and amusing how many in the lower and middle classes keep voting for the party that is trying their best to eradicate them.

There's a saying, "there are no victims, just volunteers."
Electing this man into office, trusting him when he's conned so many people and screwed thousands of people (and the many lawsuits against him prove just that), and they continue cheering everything he does, as he signs bills that will hurt the middle and lower classes, which many of them inhabit, is sad but perhaps not too surprising. He's nothing but a con man and the people supporting him are going to get screwed mightily by his plans and they're too dumb to see just how they're going to end up in a worse position than before.
Was it really the goal of the fans to see the richest people in the country get *more financial breaks*? Is that what you thought would happen? Surprise!
Hey middle class guy and gal. Yeah you. You're not making over $200K per year? Then guess what? You're on your own. You lose your jobs, you get injured and can no longer work, you need some help, tough! Deal with it. That's what you wanted, that's who you voted for.
The people who pay the most in taxes are going to get to keep more of their own money. It's not like money is being taken from the poor and given to the rich. The groups that use the most government services SHOULD be paying the most for them.

Not necessarily true. The rich often have numerous tax sheltering options and ways of greatly lowering their tax burdens because they can hire the best tax experts to find the loopholes, something the average middle class person does not have.
Trump himself bragged on many occasions he paid almost nothing in federal taxes for years and then he blamed Washington policies for allowing him to do so (this was something he said in one of his debates). His fans ate it up, naturally. Why do you think he won't release his tax returns and only selected one from a year decades ago in which he did pay taxes? And his fans ate it up and asked for more of the same.

It's being given to fund $54B (that's billion) in increased defense spending but the deficit will still be higher because it won't cover everything. Rich guys happen to run those defense companies in case you didn't notice. WHY is even more spending in defense necessary?
