Again, it is too late now, regardless of how the investigation turns out. As it stands, IMO, that "reporter" got off lucky.

I don't see anything in there that justifies assault. The reporter may have been acting like an ass, but that's not an excuse for a body slam.
Of course, either way, this isn't normal behavior for anyone.
There is a growing neo-fascist tide on the right in this country. We see it in this forum. It is something we have never faced before. It scares the crap out of me.
