You can thank the Senate. The House did their job. The problem is in the Senate, and mostly because of the Demoncrats, who do not want to repeal Obamacare. They are perfectly happy to saddle the American people with that albatross, which they passed with no Republican support.
The Republicans can't come up with something better so that really isn't saying much. They also have control and can't even get their own people to vote for the crap they are trying to peddle even tho they have had almost 8 years to come up with a better plan.
