According to CNN, questioning the sources is bad. And you should be ashamed of yourself if you do.

Tell me your first hand experience with journalism. Degree? Current or past job? Raised a respected journalist. Been in a newsroom? Read a newspaper?

Are not MSNBC, CNN, Fox News, Breitbart, etc all operating as journalism sources? Which of these is infallible? Which beyond reproach? Which operate, as you describe above, most consistently?

Is there a difference between a honest mistake and an intentional one?

Mistakes ?? Are you kidding ?? Integrity?? That's laughable.

When you peddle a story for months and it's totally fabricated - that's not a mistake.

That's intent to deceive and influence.

They should be held accountable.

Please back this up with proof. A link? A credible source? Cuz, I'm calling BS. Now it is simply a matter of the level of your credibility and veracity.

Don't you think your words define your character? Do you even care?

Be specific here. What story? Who fabricated it? Who said it was undeniable fact?

You have Google and the entire internet. Should be easy. I'm not looking for you to double down on opinion or rhetoric here.

CORRECTION AND UPDATE: This article was published before Comey released his prepared opening statement. The article and headline have been corrected to reflect that Comey does not directly dispute that Trump was told multiple times he was not under investigation in his prepared testimony released after this story was published.

As we read Comey's statement and today hear directly from him, conservatives will focus on what CNN does not on what we all we read and hear with our eyes and ears.

But if we don't drink their Kool-Aid it is because of CNN

They watch more CNN than most of us here.

Respected journalists are held to the above standards. But, anyone who desires to be perceived with respect should hold themselves to similar standards.

CNN said in that video that "questioning the sources is bad"?

I cannot find it. If CNN said that, I would fault them deeply.

If you said it, it would be inflammatory rhetoric, absent proof. I know you would not want that, given holding other's to that standard.
