Frankly, I can't tell from the link whom was rioting or brawling. Since it is San Francisco, I shall assume it is IT workers.
I clicked the link. I have an idea who it is. I don't like individuals going into malls and rioting. I dont know why it took place. I also find it sad that there are people who use such incidents as a justification for "this is why we don't like Blacks ".
