IMO,

The government should not have the right to keep a business from making a stupid decision.

Nope. As another already posted, the Fed Gov via the IRS has specific rules determining which are legally recognized religions, or "Churches."

You believe all that happened to Jews, gypsies and gays were that restaurants were able to refuse them service?

Where the hell did you go to school?

I am surprised I hadn't heard of this. It actually shocks me. That ruling leaves the door open for so many businesses to claim religious exemptions and refuse to pay for many medical things that went against their beliefs. For example: If it was a business owned by Jehovah's Witnesses, they could claim religious exemptions because they don't believe in blood transfusions. If it was a scientologist owned business, they could use this ruling to get out of paying for mental health care.

And in this day and age, people could claim religious exemptions for just about anything they wanted to. People are creating and opening churches for just about anything.

And yet members of the Church of Cannabis (a federally recognized church)don't get to ignore state and federal cannabis laws.

That was in regards to racial discrimination. Race is a Federally protected class. LGBT is not.

The federal government has absolutely no business outlawing a plant to begin with, wouldn't you agree?

Astounding, really.

The legal argument that the baker can't practice his religion if he has to bake a cake for a gay wedding is saying that practicing religion outweighs civil rights.

Well, we'll see what the Supreme Court has to say on this.

You prove Gorwin's Law, yet again.

Sad, really, that you have so little disregard for history.
