No, I'm saying all corporations are corporations. That's factual.

It makes no sense that those of some corporations retain their First Amendment Right to religious objection while those of others do not.
Corporations aren't mentioned once in the Constitution, people are. Speaking of that, the Constitution deemed some people 3/5ths of a person however still not citizens. That made no sense.

People are property? Nonsensical. Although that was then, this is now. Properties (Corporations) are people? Still nonsensical.

No, they can't. Do you have any idea how many women work for Churches?

The rest of your post is BS, too.

Churches are not treated the same as businesses under the law.
Yes, they are. They even have to abide by Federal Tax Code.

Fine, have it your way... If some people (Church officials) can decline to provide services for ssm weddings due to their First Amendment Right to object on religious grounds, so can anyone else. Supremacy Clause and Equal Protection Clause.

The baker must be a poor business person. The baker doesn't believe the gay couple has straight friends that will most likely not consider using that bakery. I heard from some unknown source that a person that has a good experience will tell 1 or 2 people while a person with a bad experience will tell 8 people. No one is asking the baker to attend the ceremony or agree with the life style just to bake a cake. Where does this type of thing end. If you are a racist does that mean you can refuse to bake a birthday cake for a black child ? Its a silly way to show disapproval of a life style and a poor business decision. In this economy I can't believe any business can afford to turn away a job.

Really? How many female catholic priests are there?

A church recently refused to marry a black couple, that is perfectly legal. A business can not refuse to serve a black person based on their race.
Black wedding banned by Baptist church - WAFB 9 News Baton Rouge, Louisiana News, Weather, Sports

The Catholic church is not required to marry a Jewish couple, but businesses can not refuse to serve a Jewish person based on their religion.

This is not BS, this is a fact.

Exactly. That suggests to me that the defendant and his lawyer(s) believe that either or both arguments are flimsy so they are going to throw both at the wall in the hopes one will stick.

And that's where he needs to make his choice. The point is, that due to the First Amendment, the Supremacy Clause, and the Equal Protection Clause, that's HIS choice, and HIS choice, alone, to make.

Do I agree with the woman in Pennsylvania who p*ssed on the American flag? No. Is it her Constitutional Right to do so? Absolutely.

No, it just doubles the already strong case they have.

Assistants or "lay ministers" aren't priests. How many female Catholic priests are there?

I see that you can't refute any of my other points.
