A picture is worth a thousand words!! It looks like the only person who managed to stay calm and keep smiling was Pence. Which tells you all you needed to know about how often he had to endure this stupidity.

Yes, I thought this would make of your day.

Buzz Aldrin is all of us these days

“The human soul yearns for discovery,” Trump said, for example. “Our journey into space will not only make us stronger and more prosperous, but will unite us behind grand ambitions and bring us all closer together.

“Wouldn’t that be nice? Can you believe that space is going to do that?”

"One day we will look back and say how did we do it without space?"

Beside him, Aldrin chimed in with a quote from the astronaut character Buzz Lightyear from the movie “Toy Story.”

“Infinity and beyond!” Aldrin said.

Everyone laughed.

Then Trump added some lines of his own.

“This is infinity here,” he said. “It could be infinity. We don’t really don’t know. But it could be. It has to be something — but it could be infinity, right?”

Trump is quite the wordsmith.

We can't do it without space. Everybody needs the space. And don't forget the infinity. It could be infinity. Or it could be the space. We don't know. Cyber. We've got the cyber and the infinity. Infinity and space and cyber.

Buzz Aldrin is one of a kind. We happen to stay at the same hotel as he did and he was walking around with an American flag shirt with underneath a tshirt with big letters "MARS" on it. Buzz was constantly showing the tshirt to people walking by. Buzz is wearing a lot of bracelets and doesn't really dress like many men his age. He looks like a hippy type of person.

Very special character and therefore I can't say that he does or doesn't agree.

He seemed to be in town for this gathering.

Trump would insult Aldrin in a nanosecond if he thought it would make him (Trump) look better.
