If things get out of hand enough, it could happen. It's very unlikely though. Less likely than impeachment and that is a long shot.

All that matters are the number of Supreme Court justices this administration sees confirmed. My guess given the age of three is 2-3, total. Second term most likely means Thomas gets replaced.
