The OP did not know this. TWC also own a vast amounts of physical markets, which includes the cables in the ground, above ground, etc. Anyone living in those markets belong to TWC exclusively, and Comcast, RCN etc other cable companies cannot compete. Only satellite and phone companies can compete since they have other means of getting the signal to the houses.
Well, to be faaaair, you said "not Time Warner", which is really only "half" true. And since we're talking CNN, was concerned that StormTrumpers might start flailing over "sorta truths" being propagated. Don't want them to have heart attacks or break a hip, ya know?
My statement was correct. CNN is a division of Turner Broadcasting System, which is owned by Time Warner.
That's the correct parlance. Saying CNN is a division of Time Warner isn't quite accurate.
They just had their best 2nd quarter ever, so why change? I think they took the lesson from FOX, who built their audience by ripping Obama year after year.
As for the share holders, the price has gone up from $75 to $110, so I don't think they are looking for a change.
Hmmm..... CNN is not publicly traded. So what's your source?
I would expose Trump as the being the best fake news lier ever. I would show front and center how Trump has conned pretty much everyone he has ever worked with.
What I find amusing about the whole thing that recently happened...
They'll keep these Russia conspiracy related "anonymous sources claim..." and leakers anonymous but they will threaten to expose the maker of a satire gif.
Nice double standard ya got there CNN, it'd be a shame if something came along and screwed that up...
If it wasn't for double standards they'd have no standards at all

I pointed out all of these stats last week as well. It went totally ignored as the minions wish to believe things are great for CNN... when they're not.
Keep being nightly comfort food for lefties. Bulls**t sells.
