What I notice is the dozens of threads all wanting to discuss slight variations on the theme of protests about Confederate statues.
The emails showing team Trump knew full well it was improper to converse in certain ways with the Russians went completely unnoticed by people.
Further, this amazingly well researched article in NYT regarding Trump dealings with someone who stole $10 billion from Georgia's bank is also unnoticed. Except by people like us.

I find the diversions something of a reprieve. It is kind of like a three ring circus where one ring goes dark, and you are expected to look at the other ring.
