My dad was CIA and went to his grave with the secrets he had. The only thing he said was that he was part of the bay of pigs, but the FBI held him in his hotel room so he couldn't participate. He always alluded to what actually happened to JFK but never told us anything because he was so loyal to the CIA. We tried to get info about him from the CIA by using the information of freedom act. They sent us a letter saying they couldn't deny or confirm he worked for them. I think he was in pretty deep. My point is, CIA agents take it to their death. They would never talk

I agree.....but your dad was old school....today everyone talks, rats, become "whistleblowers" or can't keep their mouths shut. It's not like it used to be that's for sure...whether it be Navy Seals writing books bragging about their exploits, ex-spys, mobsters, etc......the "code" is extinct and it'll be very rare to be carrying secrets to their grave.

I have to say I am really pissed off that he didn't leave a tell all book in a safe or something. Damn, he knew so much.
